This month in Pink Reign, we’re celebrating the beautiful journey of self-love with two intentional acts of kindness — just for you.
July Self-Love Challenge: Reconnect with Her
Theme: “Honor the Girl You Were to Empower the Woman You Are”
Challenge 1: Post a Picture of Little You
Caption it with a message to your younger self—what would you tell her now? Uplift her. Reassure her. Celebrate her strength and innocence.
Challenge 2: Do Something She Loved
Whether it was dancing in your room, coloring, eating popsicles, or watching cartoons—take a moment this month to do something that brought her joy. Then share a pic or video of the moment with the caption: “This one’s for her.”
Self-Love Reflection:
Write a Self-Love Letter: "Dear Little Me..."
Privately or publicly, write to the little girl in your photo. Tell her what you’ve survived, what you’re proud of, and that you’ve got her now.
