Women Empowerment Events: Curated Experiences to Connect & Align with Purpose

"People never meet by accident. Every woman who showed up at this Pink REIGN experience was absolutely supposed to be there. We had women from various stages in their lives, but we all shared common goals: to be around positive, likeminded women, to feel seen, safe, and accepted. Those elements were definitely present that night, and I believe that some new friendships for life were formed. I loved the theme—PINK. Details matter to me. Though I am not new to Dallas, several women were, and if that sounds like you, I highly encourage you to check out the next networking mixer to connect with your tribe."

How did the event make you feel?

"The event left me feeling excited. I met some truly amazing women, and we discovered that we had more in common than we could have imagined. I see business collaborations blossoming and many more get-togethers in our future."

What was your favorite part of the event?

"I loved the open forum. Hearing the stories of these women, their setbacks, and triumphs was inspiring. It felt like every woman could truly show up and be exactly who she was without fear of judgment, making it a wonderful example of women of color gatherings."

As with any event, attending networking mixers can be a little anxiety-triggering for me because I’m an introvert. However, since I had previously connected with some of the amazing women at Pink REIGN experiences, it felt like “home.” There was definitely an aligned energy shifting the atmosphere, and these women of color gatherings never disappoint. Everyone there was receptive to my voice and truth, which is rare in today’s landscape. I did not feel like it was performative. It felt like I was exactly where I needed to be when I needed to be, making it an amazing way to spend my Saturday evening. The reciprocal energy is real.

What was your favorite part of the event? 

"Hearing everyone’s stories at these women of color gatherings, getting dressed up and feeling pretty, savoring yummy food, and sipping delightful drinks in a beautiful space surrounded by authentic people. I loved it all!"

My experience at the Reset Soiree was wonderful. Being among women of color at networking mixers, all on a journey to become better and achieve their goals, was truly uplifting. There was never a mean girl vibe; instead, I felt seen and welcomed by everyone, which is what Pink REIGN experiences are all about.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt intentional and welcoming. Every detail reflected empowerment, elegance, and sisterhood, creating a perfect environment for our networking mixers. I was inspired by the energy in the room and every woman there. The conversations were genuine and meaningful, making me feel empowered to continue to blossom unapologetically. The beautiful space was ideal for our women of color gatherings. If you’re looking for a place of encouragement and empowerment, you should definitely be part of the Pink REIGN experiences. I am looking forward to the next one!

I really enjoyed myself at the Crowned and Connected event! As someone new to Dallas, it's crucial for me to meet positive people and build a community. I connected with some wonderful ladies at this networking mixer, and I’m excited to engage further with them. I also got a chance to learn more about Shronda’s vision for future Pink REIGN experiences. I can’t wait for more women of color gatherings!

Even though I arrived late to the networking mixers at Crowned & Connected, I still felt so seen and valued. Shronda’s kindness stood out—she waited for me to join the group photo and even took the time to connect with me personally. That small gesture meant so much. The energy in the room during the Pink REIGN experiences was beautiful, welcoming, and empowering, reflecting the essence of women of color gatherings. I'm so grateful to have experienced it and left feeling both uplifted and inspired!

Friday was an all pink event, and I was all in for the Pink REIGN experiences! No disappointments with Crowned and Connected, presented by Geaux Queen Magazine. The vibes and experience were everything, making it a fantastic networking mixer for women of color gatherings.

Thank you, Ms. Shronda Armstrong (we may have to do coffee or tea—who knows). Shronda is the Editor-In-Chief and owner of Geaux Queen (Go Queen) Media, and she had a phenomenal guest speaker at the networking mixers event in downtown Dallas. Everything was beautiful—the setup, the location, the whole nine yards. I really enjoyed myself, and Shronda informed me that we will have more women of color gatherings and Pink REIGN experiences in the future. I can't wait!

It was so refreshing being around like-minded women at the networking mixers. I got to meet and connect with genuine women, especially during the Pink REIGN experiences and women of color gatherings. I’m grateful for that.
